How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Formingexist Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Formingexist Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Formingexist Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Massachusetts.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@formingexist.living and include:
- Your name and the preferred way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
